Abstract

Objective To study the positive expression rate and clinical significance of estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) in old endometrial carcinoma patients. Methods 43 cases with endometrial carcinoma were selected in experimental group, and 32 cases of normal endometrium organization were in control group.ER,PR of endometrial carcinoma specimen were measured by immunohistochemical. Results The expressions of ER and PR of experimental group were lower in control group(P0.05).In the elderly endometrial carcinoma tissues, the expressions quantity of ER and PR were decreased, along with the clinical pathologic stage, histological grade rising and muscle layer infiltrating deepen, and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions To a certain degree, the detection of ER,PR could react the biologic behaviors and prognosis of carcinoma, and help to guide treatment.
