Abstract
To upgrade industrial structure in our country,we should drive the industrialization through informationization.But how to achieve the goal,different people have different opinions .Based on the theory that dominant industry pro-motes the upgrade of industrial structure,this paper propos -es that we should take the information industry as the dominant industry,and depend on its development and spread effect on other industries to upgrade the industrial structure.The necessity to implemtnt the strategy,the trans -mission mechanism and the countermeasures are also men-tioned in this paper.
