Abstract
The development of information industry is an essential way to advance the adjustment of industrial structure of Harbin and perform new-style industrialization. These years the information industry in Harbin has made great advantage,which has been therefore enhancing the upgrade of the city's industry structure.Policies should focus on the improvement of information industry and promote the upgrade of industry.
