Abstract
Objective To assess the diagnostic value of low-field MRI in detecting articular cartilage lesions in knee joint. Methods79 patients with kneejoint diseases were routinely underwent low-field MRI examinationm, and the diagnosis results were compared with those of arthroscopy examinationm. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of low-field MRI in detecting articular cartilage lesions were83. 8%,86%,85% respectively. Conclusion Low-field MRI can be used to diagnose articular cartilage diseases in knee joint with good diagnostic value.
