The Antigonism Effect of the Water Extract of Ficus Carica Against CP-induced Micronuclei

Objective To observe the antigonism effect of the various concentration of the water extract of Ficus carica against Cyclophosphamide-induced micromuclei.Methods 70mice(male and female were equal) were divided into 5 experimental groups(400mg/ml,200mg/ml,100mg/ml,50mg/ml,25mg/ml),a distilled water negative group and a Cyclophosphamide positive group,perfused the water extract of Ficus caricaingo into stomach per day for 5 days,5 experiment groups and the positivd group were ijnected Cyclophosphamide,all the mice were killed,adopt the blood samples and observe the effect micronuclei.Results The water extract of ficus carica could decrease the frequncy of micronuclei induced by CP in mice peripheral lymphocytes within the dosage 50-200mg/ml(P0.05).Conclusion The water extract of ficus carica could express the antigoniasm effect against CP-induced mictonuclei.
