Abstract

Objective To study the change of platelet relative parameters in the patients with acute cerebral infarction before and after treatment. Methods To detect platelet(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW),platelet membrane glycoproteins(CD62P,CD63P),platelet hematocrit(PCT)in 67 patients with acute cerebral infarction and to observe the change of relative parameters before and after treatment. Results The data before therapy displayed that PLT,MPV,PDW,CD62P,CD63P and PCT were(155.73 ±54.73)×109/L,(9.56±0.27)fl,(16.24±0.35)%,(6.24 ±3.79)%,(6.23±3.54)%,(0.15±0.07)% respectively;and after therapy PLT,MPV,PDW,CD62P,CD63P and PCT were(175.45±62.49)×109/L,(9.16±0.64)fl,(17.03±0.67)%,(0.98±0.57)%,(2.25±1.50)%,(0.16±0.02)% respectively.MPV,PDW,CD62P,CD63 and PCT had significant difference before and after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion The detecting results of platelet relative parameters have significantly statistical difference before and after treatment, and these relative parameters have definite correlation with cerebral infarction attack.
