Quality Requiements and Cultivation of Agricultural Creative Talents in the New Period

Abstract

Creation of agricultural science and technology is a creative thiking process of the agricultural creative subjects.Agricultual creative quality is mainly composed of knowledge quality,capability quality,cognition style and paychological quality.The agricultual creative talents need to possess some basic qualities in the new historical period.The cultivation of the agriculural creative talents is a need of making our country into a creation-type one.Agricultural colleges and universities are requied to try to train agricultural creative talents with high qualities by every means in order to adapt to the requiement of agricultural and social develepment of our country in the new period.
