The effect study of early nursing intervention on depression after cerebral infarction patients

Objective To study the effect of early nursing intervention on depression after cerebral infarction patients.Methods 90 cases of depression after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group received early psychological intervention on the basis of conventional treatment and nursing care。The control group only received routine treatment and nursing care.After 6 months,depression degree of two groups were analyzed used by Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and compared.Results After 6 months,depressive symptoms of study group improved significantly than than of control group(P0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention can effectively improve the depression symptoms after cerebral infarction,and it can promote rehabilitation.
