Authority Legitimization and the legitimate rule of modern state

The realization of the power should take the formation of authority as the end-result and guarantee,that is to say the power must be converted to the authority to get the long-term rule.The power which lacks the support of adequate legitimacy resource will eventually lose the authority of their people's submission.Any social formation requires the authority legalization through some form,and legal authority is an important element to ensure that national loyalty and stability.Combined with the authority theory of the Western constitutionalism,based on China's special national conditions,this paper analyzes the intrinsic correlation between the power,legitimacy and authority,put forward the route for the country to established their legitimate rule,with a view to help promote the construction of rule of law and political civilization of Contemporary China.
