Abstract

The manufacturing enterprises must purchase large amount of component in producing,therefore component stock control is very important.With the development of supply chain management,VMI pattern becomes popular gradually as one kind of advanced stock control idea.This article analyses VMI pattern apply in raw material management of manufacturing enterprises in supply chain management,and cites an example by way of explanation effect of VMI stock control into practice in manufacturing enterprises.
