Abstract

VMI is an advanced inventory management model of supply chain inventory management.By VMI running process instance that G Company is the 3PL company between Y Corporation and suppliers,monitoring mechanism of VMI implementation based on 3PL enterprises was analyzed,and performance evaluation process and target were put forward,so as to enhance VMI quality of service based on 3PL company.
