The Status and Complete on Wetland Biodiversity Protection by Law in our Country

The biological diversity is foundation of existence and development for human socity.Wetland is the biodiversity richest ecosystem in the world.However,As a result of people’s pursuing economic interests,they caused shrinking wetlands,reducing biodiversity,Habitatdestruction,environmental degradation.With people’s emphasizing on wetlands,the voice of asking for the protection of wetland biodiversity is getting higher and higher.It is vital significance to guaranteed health of the wetlands ecosystem,maintain the biodiversity and protect the habitat of migration birds according to thorough study wetland.By reviewing and summaring the current situation of law making on wetland biodiversity conservation,the author pointed out urgency of law making on protection and management of wetland biodiversity,land resources and biology resources of wetland as well as the entire wetland ecosystem in China.So as to further make some suggestions and ideas on the legislative orientation and system improvement of the protection of wetland biodiversity in China should assume.To promote wetlands sustainable use of biological diversity and achieve harmonious development between man and nature.
