The external fixation combined g clinical analysis of fixation for the treatment of fracture of radius s needle

Objective To investigate the curative effect of external fixation combined with Kirschner wire fixation for the treatment of fracture of radius. Methods Select 52 cases of 2012.9～2013.9 admitted to our hospital between fracture patients.According to the different treatment groups, the control group of 26 patients using Kirschner wire fixation.26 patients in observation group were treated with external fixation combined with Kirschner wire fixation treatment.after treatment in the two groups of patients the therapeutic effect, operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, complication rate, hospitalization time, fracture healing time were compared. Results The patients in the observation group the total effective rate was 96.2%, significantly higher than the control group 88.5%.The difference was statistically significant(P 0.05); observation group hospitalization time and the time of fracture healing was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion External fixation combined with Kirschner wire fixation for fracture of the radius. Compared with simple internal fixation with Kirschner wire for the treatment effect is more obvious, and has the characteristic of fast healing after surgery.
