Implications of "the Clinical Legal Education" to Legal Education in China

With the continuous development of economy and society,the traditional training model of legal education no longer meet the current needs of the community for legal professionals,to exploring new teaching model for reform is urgent.The clinical legal educationhas a wide range of positive significance differenting from the traditional mode of legal education,it is likely to be a breakthrough of China's reform of legal education.In the future reform of the legal clinics education,our general universities should make efforts in seven areas as the hardware facilities and rules-based system.
