Sixty-Year Development of Aesthetic Education and Its Relationship with the Evolution of Aesthetics

Aesthetic education theory belongs to a interdisciplinary subject,whose academic development has been greatly influenced by over the past sixty years.This paper,based upon the three historical periods of Chinese education study as well as seventeen-year aesthetics,aesthetics of Cultural Revolution and new period aesthetics,with the particular focus on the subjectivity of value of new period aesthetics and Existentialist view of aesthetics,centers on the elements of aesthetic life and timeliness to discusses the close relationship between the evolution of and the development of education theory.
