The Strategic Plot for Spatial Integration of Lanzhou and Xining City Region

Based on analyzing present situation on city region at home and abroad and Lanzhou and Xining,the paper points out that the spatial integration development of the city region is constrained by some factors including administrative area economy,industrial structural convergence and lower traffic accessibility,and put forwards that it is objective necessary to integrate the spatial structure of Lanzhou and Xining city region.On this basis,the paper brings forwards some strategic thinking,including establishing spatial structure of city region which is named two cores and three axes,establishing new configuration on dominant industry distribution of city region,constructing spatial network system of integration within towns in point-axis development model.Finally,the paper puts forward some strategic countermeasures on spatial integration development of Lanzhou and Xining city region,including integrating dually space and construction,establishing net infrastructure systems,developing strategic consciousness of city region integration and promoting and forming integrate market system.
