Analysis for Related Risk Factors of Anastomotic Leakage in Low Anterior Resection for Rectal Cancer:a Report of 10 Cases

Objective To investigate the risk factors and treatment measures for anastomotic leakage in low anterior resection for rectal cancer.Methods From 2005 to 2010,Clinical data of 101 cases who underwent rectal cancer low anterior resection were analyzed retrospectively.Results Anastomotic leakage after rectal cancer low anterior resection occurred in 10 cases(9.9%).one-way ANOVA showed male patients,diabetes were independent risk factors;age,hypertension,albumin were not independent risk factors.Seven cases received conservative treatment,2 cases took re-operation,and 1 cases received comprehensive treatment.All cases recovered.Conclusion Sex,diabetes were independent risk factors of anastomotic leakage in rectal cancer low anterior resection.We should choose treatment method of anastomotic leakage according to the specific situation of the patients.
