Abstract
This article from the concept of strategic environmental impact assessment and classification analysis,combined with China's strategic environmental impact assessment and the current development,the strategic environmental impact assessment in China's economic development and the significance and necessity of research.Combined with the development of economy and the impact of regional planning and other aspects of the analysis,put forward the strategic environmental impact assessment principles and evaluation of the program,and the evaluation procedures for analysis and verification,and further discusses the significance of strategic environmental impact assessment.
