Abstract
Based on the method of combining the normal scale physical model with the remote control self-propelled ship model, the plan layout optimization of ship lock extension project in Fuchun River was analyzed. The influence of the project and navigation flow condition at the entrance of downstream approach channel on electric energy and flood control was expounded firstly, then several kinds of factors which can influence the flow condition at the entrance area of approach channel were analyzed in detail. To overcome the shortcomings of the design plan,a layout plan was proposed to meet the requirement on navigational flow condition according to the various improving measures without affecting flood prevention and benefit of generate electricity.
