Abstract
This paper,on the basis of the time-series data of price and tonne-kilometers of turcking industry in China in the period from Jan.2006 to Dec.2007,analyzes,with the help of time series analysis method,the relationship between price and demand according to the price mechanism of trucking industry.The research shows that the average freight price is a constant and the cost of production,the quantity and quality of demand are major factors which affect the relationship between the price and demand.
