Abstract
The outlook of scientific development as a fundamental principle is taken to achieve a harmonious society,and a harmonious society as a guarantee is constructed to promote the practice of the outlook of scientific development.Only by carrying out the outlook of scientific development will the practice of scientific development be practiced.The mutual interaction between the outlook of scientific development and a harmonious society will be internally unified in the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
