Abstract
The idea of the scientific outlook on development and the construction of harmonious society put forward by the Communist Party is to better unite the scientific outlook on development and the construction of harmonious society to achieve virtuous mutual funtions,that is to say,to promote social harmony through better development and to maintain the sound and rapid development through the more harmonious society.
