Exploration in Cultivating the Creative Talents of Electronic Major of Higher Vocational Education

This paper analyzed the orientation of cultivating the creative talents of the electronic majors under the higher vocational education in the context of innovation-oriented country.As the focus,based on the original construction and combining with the specific situation,it discussed how to construct the employment-oriented training mode cooperating with the enterprise,how to form the cooperation and project——oriented course system,and how to use electronic products as the carrier to improve the creative skills.The practical exploration in cultivating the creative talents for the local economic development is worth spreading.
