Abstract

Objective To explore the opportunity, operative method and the efficiency for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by stereotactic. Methods One hundred patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. They were randomly divided into two groups:stereotacic group and routine operative group(control group). All patients of stereotactic group were treated with stereotactic CT guided drain and aspiration within the first six hours in hospital. All patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were followed up and evaluated for 6~12 months after surgery. Results Quantitative analysis of the effectiveness and complication in the two groups had been done. There were significant differences between the two groups in effectiveness and complications of treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Stereotactic CT guided drain and aspiration represents for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is greater effectiveness, less complication, more convenience and very safe. The patients are inclined to accept it.
