A Study on Wild Fruit Trees Resources of Xiaolong Mountain in Gansu

Based on investigation and research of wild fruit trees resources in the Xiaolong mountain forestry ranges in Gansu, it is showed that there were 199 species (varieties,forms),belonged to 29 families, 58 genera. Among the species, 50.02% concentrated on families Rosaceae and Vitaceae. The paper, study on the distribution,use,exploitation and utilization state of 130 species of wild fruit trees resources with important economic value in Gansu was made(table 2). The suggestions on protection and sustainable utilization of the wild fruit trees resources were proposed.
