Abstract

This paper analyzes on the factors influencing the improvement of the service for readers, and puts forward some measures for improving the quality of the service for readers from aspects of strengthening the propaganda, broadening the service target, establishing the reader consciousness, and grasping the construction of the ranks, etc.
