Abstract
Objective To summarize the imaging characteristics of adenomyosis by transvaginal color doppler sonography. Methods 175 patients with Adenomyosis were examined by TVCS,the results were compared with postoperative pathological data. Results Adenomyosis were divided into there types according to imaging characteristics:diffusion ,focus and combined uterine myoma.Among (or In) 175 cases with adenomyosis confirmed by postoperative pathology ,the diagnosis conformity rate by TVCS was 93.1%,the misdiagnosis rate was 4% ,the failure rate was 2.9%.Conclusion TVCS possesses excellent value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of adenomyosis.
