Quality-oriented education has already become the loud theme of this age. Traditional teaching method will be changed tremendously, then correspondingly the relationship between teachers and students will be also changed. Under this background, the rational orientation of relationship between teacher and students in colleges and universities demands us pay more attention to it both in and out of class, make the leading role of teachers and the main body of students be developed simultaneously—equality, opening dialogue, mutual benefit.
