Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical effect on functional dyspepsia (FD) treated by antidepressant of flupentixol/melitracen combined with cisapride.Methods:64 patients with FD in clinic were divided into treatment group and control group at random and both were given cisapride 5mg 3times/d,orally before 15 to 30 min of dinner, meanwhile flupentixol/melitracen each a table in morning and noon were added respectively in treatment group. Results:The result showed after 4 weeks:apparent rate was 42% effective rate was 43% and the total effective rate was 85% in treatment group. The effect in the treatment had obvious defference from the control group (P0.01).Conclusion:The effect was good in the treatment of FD by Flupentixol/melitracen combined with cisapride.
