Abstract
Objective To describe characteristic of diagnosis of entrapment syndrome of superficial radial nerve. Methods 12 cases of entrapment syndrome of superficial radial nerve which were misdiagnosed at the beginning in the hospital were examined in detail and analyzed. Results 12 cases of entrapment syndrome of superficial radial nerve were chronic and their symptoms occur repeatedly.Entrapment syndrome of superficial radial nerve were seen in physical worker and their symptom is pain of dorsum of hand, numbness, pain aggravating when clenching fist, flexing wrist and pronating forearm, position in Tinel sign of forearm radialis. The effect of treatment was satisfied. Conclusion Entrapment syndrome of ramus superficialis nervi ardialis should be considered when one complained of pain and/or anesthesia of wrist.
