Abstract
This article examines the differences between the politicalization and the general political nature of the civil code from the prospective of the politicalization and antipoliticalization of the compilation of the civil code. It reveals this unique phenomena in our country currently and therefore the author confirms that it is a problem of opportunity for the compilation of civil code, not necessity.
