Abstract

The research is based on the psycho-measure questionnaire which covers 120 athletes, who have attended the Cup Championship in ShangXi on September 2010.The data from the questionnaires is treated with the statistical software SPSS13.0 for Windows. Methods of ANOVA,multi-factor ANOVA and other relative ones are adopted in the data statistic and analysis. Some experts of psychology, teachers of Chinese kungfu and Sanda athletes are interviewed during the research. The research leads to four results: 1,athletes who have the high-level competition experience control better the pre-competition anxiety than those without the related experience;2,the expression of the cognitive anxiety and the physical anxiety from the top athletes is more weakly than athletes of the first grade and second grade, and the top athletes are more confident than athletes of the other two grades;3,the comparative analysis shows that the pre-competition anxiety varies distinctively between the top athletes and athletes of the other two grades in every dimension, and that the cognitive anxiety is one of the major factors which affects the athlete's competition;and 4,the pre-competition anxiety is connected with the factors as psychological fatigue and athletic trauma, the skill level of the opponents, the influence of the team leader and the drill master, etc.
