An Empirical Analysis of Law Accommodation Legislation of China's National Autonomous Areas

In this paper,problems existing in the legislation of law accommodation in China are summarized based on the detailed study of the actual demand,time,geographic,ethnic distribution of law accommodation legislation,and the main body,forms,amendment and repeal of legislation.Meanwhile,corresponding proposals are put forward for the special inspection of law accommodation legislation,such as the establishment of a scientific national legal clean-up system,the enacting of regulations and separate regulations procedure act,the expansion of the content of law accommodation legislation,the adoption of customary law,the improvement of legislation level and the timely amendment of law accommodation legislation.These proposals may be valuable for the legislation of law accommodation in national autonomous areas.
