Some Reflections on Information Legislation in Jiangsu Province

Abstract
The standardization of information activities through legislation makes for strengthening the national macroscopical sanctions,promoting the development of information techonology,and hence impelling the sound developmert of the economy and society.Currently,the legislation of information in Jiangsu Province should be carried out in 3 standard forms of local codes,government regulations and department rules;besides,the legislation schedule should be flexible in the context with the preferential consideration on establishing the information basic law.
