Discussion on the Construction of Campus Sports Culture in Colleges and Universities

This paper,under the background of the great development and prosperity of culture,combining with the current situation of absence of culture,analyzes the construction of campus sports culture in colleges and universities in the foundation of sports culture connotation and characteristics of the study on the basis of cultural connotation and characteristics of sports.This research believes that construction of campus sports culture should be guided by Scientific Outlook on Development to promote the development of campus PE culture,change thoughts,establish the idea of culture educating,equip teachers with scientific knowledge and scientific behavioral manners,and realize the sustainable development of the building of teaching staff with scientific mechanism.
