Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish the determination method for total flavonoids from Girardinia diversifolia.METHODS:The contents of total flavonoids were determined by UV spectrophotometry at detection wavelength of 268 nm with apigenin as standard substance.RESULTS:The linear range of apigenin were 1.984~11.904μg·mL -1(r=0.999 9)with average recovery of 96.15%(RSD=1.98%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is accurate, reliable and stable and it can be used for the content determination of total flavonoids from G.diversifolia.
