Abstract

Objective: To investigate the relationship between progress and blood fat levels in acute hepatitis B patients.Method:106 acute hepatitis B patients were recurited in this study.The serum levels of TC and TG were measured in 0,2w, 4w, 8w, 24w. Results : The levels ofTC and TG in healing group of acute hepatitis B patients were higher than that in chronic group of acute hepatitis B patients (P0.05). Conclusion: Levels of various blood fat is useful in clinical assessment on prognosis of acute hepatitis B.
