Clinical Effect of Telescopic Denture for Dentition with Most Tooth Defect

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of telescopic denture used in patients with most tooth defect.Methods 15 patients with most tooth defect received 18 telescopic denture treatment.From 0.5-2.0 years after treatment when the patients almost coped with their telescopic dentures,their personal feelings,the mastication efficiency,the retention and the stability of denture,and X-ray examination were investigated when callback.Results After treatment,most patients felt satisfying with the fitness,good looking,the retention and stability of denture.12 cases of them had used the traditional removable partial dentures before feel obviously that the attachment dentures were more beautiful and comfortable.Conclusion The telescopic denture is a more reasonable and effective in restoring most tooth defect disease.
