Abstract

Exopolysaccharides from Ganoderma fermentation broth was extracted by ultrafiltration concentration and ethanol precipitation, the ultrafiltration condition was: membrane molecular weight 10000,operating pressure0.2 MPa,initial concentration12.20 mg/mL. Compared with vacuum concentration, the higher yield and content of exopolysaccharides could be obtained by ultrafiltration concentration, and it could improve the quality of polysaccharides. Ganoderma exopolysaccharides exhibited obvious scavenging effects for hydroxyl free radicals(HFR), which had positive correlation with initial concentration, and the HFR scavenging ratio of polysaccharides by ultrafiltration concentration is better than by vacuum concentration.
