Abstract
Objective To explore the value of MRI diagnosis in acute knee cartilage injury. Methods MRI data of qualified 63 patients(63 knees) with acute articular cartilage injury were retrospectively analyzed.48 cases arthroscopic and 15 cases surgery were confirmed,Using Recht's cartilage injury classification method for the diagnosis. Results It was discovered that 69 cartilage damages in 63 cases, and most of them were young people(average age 29.5 years old,77.8%).Injury sites mainly in the medial femoral condyle or medial tibial plateau(a total of 45).Conclusion MRI can directly demonstrate the articular cartilage injury degree.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
