Abstract

The wettability of Cu on TiO and the influences of Mo.C were studied in this thesis.The results indicated that the wetting of Cu on TiO belonged to no-reaction wetting,and the wettability was not well,the wetting angles were 120-68° at 1083~1450℃ in vacuum.Mo and C would enrich on the wetting interface when they were added into Cu,and forming compounds of Mo,C and Ti(C.O),improving the wettability notability.The wetting angle could he reduced to less than 20° when the content of Mo.C was abcve 2%.
