Abstract

This paper introduces the blasting demolition of the old Jiefang bridge in Guilin.The old Jiefang bridge is a five-span double arch bridge with a length of thirty six meters.The employed borehole layout,detonating network design and measurements of security protection in the blasting demolition based on the characteristic of double arch bridge are of reference value to the demolition of old bridge in future.
