Abstract
A harmonious society means the society as a whole achieves a high degree of integration, the society and the main elements achieve a stable, coordinative and orderly relationship, and no fundamental conflict of interests between them. In the perspective of Structural-functionalism, constant differentiation and reorganization of social structure call for a new social integration mechanism with adaptation. This article holds that the social network paradigm is a new analytical framework of social integration. Interface rules are the foundation of agent relations. The author discusses the governance mechanism characteristics of relationship between agents, emphasizes the main agent relationship between management and coordination, and the importance of network resources integration relationship model.
