Definition and Analysis of Social Engineering Problem

Social engineering is the practical activity of design and implementation of social development models. The basic task is to promote social development by building new models of social relations and structures. Social problem is different from social engineering problem in that it is the problem leading to social engineering problem. It is the start of Social engineering problem. The essence of Social engineering problem is the relationship between macro models of social relations and social operation system, which mainly embodied as policy problem. The structure characteristics of policy problem are composed of main body structure, element structure and object structure of policy and their dialectic relations, and the real social engineering problem is the problem which policy element structure is concerned.
