Abstract

The paper investigate the applications of algorithms for best approximation from polyhedrons in isotonic regression.A simple and accurate algorithm for several generalized isotonic regression and multidimensional isotonic regerssion is derived which solves the algorithm problem of isotonic regression with two independent variables.
