Abstract
A gpectrophotometric method for the determination of trace chromium(Ⅵ)has been used. The decoloring of acid chrome blue K oxidized by chromium(Ⅵ) in medium sulfuric acid has been studied. The maximum absorbance is at 525 nm, Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-20 μg /25 mL the detection limit is 1.72×10-8 g/mL.The method has been applied to the determination of Cr(Ⅵ) in water and industry water with satisfactory results.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
