Abstract
The project curriculum development of IT should follow the principle of career development planning orienting to teachingand learning, and enhance the comprehensive vocational abilities of students by taking working process of IT project as carrier. The premise of curriculum development is to carry out investigation on IT post information and to establish IT competency model, which mainly include three dimensions of professionalism, general knowledge and skills, special knowledge and skills. In accordance with the principles and steps of project course design, the curriculum project of professional format document processing technologywas designed, three projects of document standardization, document automation and document security were selected and sub-tasks were divided.
