On University Physical Education and Health Education

Health education is an important part of physical education,and physical education is an effective way achieve health education for students.Currently,health education,status and awareness of students are still weak in physical education,and the concepts and practices in health education of schools and teachers are still lag behind.Furthermore,the combination of physical and health education is short of systematic and demonstration teaching.Therefore,we should take the following measures,such as changing ideas and raising awareness,enhancing physical health education trainings for teachers,combining the teaching content and health standards together,as well as establishing a reasonable teaching evaluation mechanism.
