Abstract

In recent years,with the vigorous development of higher vocational education,higher vocational teachers' professional development of higher vocational education in the whole the position looks especially important.Based on the expatiation of the connotation of higher vocational teachers' professional development,current situation of teachers' professional development was analyzed,and put forward the existing problems of teachers' professional development countermeasures.
