On the Impact of Political Thinking "Oneness" on the Early Qin Autocratic Monarchy Establishment

Abstract

Qin Shi Huang(the First Emperor of Qin),creator of the Chinese autocratic monarchy,creates the designation of huangdi(emperor),puts into practice the prefecture-county system country-wide,and holds country-governing of law-decree and integration of his subjects' words,deeds and thoughts.Qin Shi Huang's political thinking features oneness,which realization in organization is the Qin institution.Qin Shi Huang praises highly Fajia(Legalists of 770-221 BC) but does not exclusively appoint them,comprehensively employing all schools of political thoughts before the Qin with his realistic attitude.
